Common Issues
Rate Limit Error Cause: You tried to make more than 10 calls in one minute. Fix: Wait a minute and call again.
Token Shows “Unknown” or “0 MC” Cause: The data provider may not recognize this token yet. Fix: Try again later. If it remains unknown, Chef Bot cannot pull that data.
“Not a Call” Does Not Remove a Call Cause: More than 5 minutes have passed, or other users are also tracking that token. Fix: Only calls made less than 5 minutes ago and unclaimed by others can be removed.
Bot Does Not Respond Cause: Chef Bot might be offline or busy. Fix: Wait a moment and retry. If the issue persists, check if Chef Bot is in the group.

A: Use /calls. It shows your last 10 calls.

Q: How do I follow top callers? A: Use Sous Chef (@SolSousChef_Bot) to subscribe to them. You’ll get alerts whenever they make or delete calls.
